We had our first visitors! Cousins Daniel and Sara came from Texas to visit for the weekend. It was so fun to have them here and be able to show them around. We know some key tourist destinations: Starbucks and the Arch. So, you better believe we showed them a good time! That was simple enough because there are plenty of Starbucks to choose from, and if you can't find the Arch, then you have no business living here, right?

We got to hang out with them earlier this year at their home, as well as last year at in AK at another Long wedding. I figure 3 visits, 6-ish restaurants together, and TWO of those meals were at tall revolving towers. Woah. Is it just me or is that like, totally a major coincidence?

We also went to the top of the Arch. This photo was taken in a space pod. It was NOT taken in the tram, on the way to the top, where you're not supposed to take pictures. No way, can't prove it.

To celebrate our first big Holiday in the Mighty MO, we (along with all the sons of Adam and daughters of Eve) went downtown, found a spot on the wet grass and watched the fireworks under the Arch. Very cool! There were live bands, booths, and plenty of people with glow necklaces.
