The "amazing wildlife" in our backyard (not pictured: squirrels, snakes, raccoons, & japanese beetles) almost reminds us of the wildlife in Alaska. Almost.

Homemade graham crackers and marshmallows for s'mores. In MO, we roast our marshmallows over the BBQ instead of in a friends backyard, but I think we prefer the latter.
